Rates for the venue rental includes:
- A banquet captain and professional staff to help execute the perfect event
- Chairs, tables, lines, glassware, china, flatware and some small table decorations.

- Access to the grounds for your bridal portrait session
- A complimentary 1 hour rehearsal based on our availability
- The use of our grand ballroom, back or front lawn, President’s Room and bridal suite.
- Easels for announcements, directions or bridal portraits
- Complimentary Cake Cutting
- Onsite food and beverage services from our state of the art kitchen
