Venue Policies

In order to secure the date for your special event, Holly Tree Country Club requires all clients to make a non-refundable deposit and sign an event reservation contract.  We except cash, checks and most major credit cards.  Credit card users are subject to a 3.5% credit card fee.  All deposits and payments toward events are non refundable.   If there are circumstances beyond your control that prevents you from having your planned event, the Club may ( at their discretion ) apply a portion of your deposits to a future date.  This is at the sole discretion of our management team and is not guaranteed.

Holly Tree Country Club is a non-smoking facility; however, smoking is allowed outside on the veranda and other outdoor areas.

Not allowed:  Non biodegradable items on the grounds, silly string, confetti, glitter, faux petals outside, nails, tacks, staples, glue, tape, putty or anything that penetrates the wood, walls or ceilings.
