From March till October, the grounds of Holly Tree Country Club are available to rent. The view overlooking our golf course is one of a kind and is sure to impress your guests. Please ask us for details for using the grounds.

For weddings and receptions, we allow our clients a 8 hour time slot. 6 of those hours are schedule for actual event time.
An example of how it’s best to use this time is as follows:
- 3 hours to prep, decorate, do hair and makeup and take pictures before the ceremony
- 30 minutes for ceremony time
- 30 minutes for pictures after the wedding
- 3 ½ hours for the reception
- ½ hour to gather your belonging and say farewell
Our brides and grooms can choose the timing of the event as long as the conclusion is no later than 11pm. Extended and additional hours can be purchased for $150.00 per hour. Any extra hours much be selected at least 4 weeks prior to the event. All personal items and rental items must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of each event. Clients are subject to additional fees for any events running overtime.
Seasonal and Military Discounts
Weddings and Receptions in January and February receive a 10% discount on our room rental.
Holly Tree Country Club gladly issues a 10% military discount to clients that are actively or formerly serving our Country.
Spaces and Floorplans
Holly Tree Country Club offers a gorgeous backdrop for all kinds of events.
Grand Ballroom (Up to 200 guests) – Our grand ballroom overlooks the beautiful golf course.
The Lawn (Up to 200 guests) – Our back lawn is often used for beautiful outdoor ceremonies and can seat up to 200 guests.
The Palmetto Room (10-20 guests) – The Palmetto Room is reserved for smaller, intimate parties.
Outdoor Patio and Fine Dining Area (20-90 guests)
